Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of adsoftech.com and its services Bank Book (bank.adsoftech.com) and Excel Report Transformation (excel.adsoftech.com), provided by adSoftech, Delhi, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using a service you agree to these terms.

1. The services

Bank Book is an online ledger for recording bank entries and producing PDF/Excel statements. Excel Report Transformation takes the Excel or CSV data you upload and returns processed reports (pivots, filters, reconciliations, difference checks and similar). Both run in your web browser.

2. Your account

  • Give correct details and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account and on any team logins you create.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Tell us at once if you think your account is being misused.

3. Free trial, plans and payment

  • New accounts start with a free trial for the period shown when you sign up.
  • Paid plans and their prices in Indian Rupees are shown on each service's plans screen before you pay.
  • Payments are processed by our payment partner PayU. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank login details.
  • A plan gives access for the period stated, starting from successful payment. Plans do not renew automatically.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Your data

You keep all rights in the data you enter or upload. You give us only the permission needed to store it and process it into the results you ask for. You are responsible for having the right to use the data you upload. Our processing tools and logic remain our property.

5. Acceptable use

Do not upload anything illegal or that you have no right to use, try to copy or reverse-engineer our tools, or try to break into or overload our systems. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Accuracy and availability

Our processing logic is tested, but please check important figures before relying on them. We work to keep the services available, but they may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or because of our hosting or payment partners. The services are provided "as is".

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
