No physical goods are shipped. Bank Book and Excel Report Transformation are online (digital) services. Nothing is sent by post or courier, and there are no shipping charges.
1. How the services are delivered
Everything is delivered online, in your account, through your web browser — Bank Book at bank.adsoftech.com and Excel Report Transformation at excel.adsoftech.com.
2. When you get access
- Free trial: starts as soon as you sign up and verify your email.
- Paid plan: switched on automatically within a few minutes of successful payment through PayU. A confirmation is shown on screen.
- Reports and statements: generated online and ready to download from your account, usually within seconds of submitting your data.
3. If access does not start
If your payment succeeded but your plan is not active within 24 hours, email infobank@adsoftech.com (Bank Book) or infoexcel@adsoftech.com (Excel Reports) with your account email and PayU transaction ID. If we cannot activate it within 2 working days you get a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
