Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data adSoftech ("we") collects through adsoftech.com, bank.adsoftech.com and excel.adsoftech.com, why, and your choices. It is written in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. What we collect

• Account details: name, username, email address, mobile number and company name (if given), and your password stored in hashed form.
• Your work: the bank entries you record in Bank Book, and the Excel/CSV files you upload to Excel Report Transformation together with the reports produced from them.
• Payment records: plan, amount, date and the PayU transaction reference. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on PayU's secure pages; we never receive or store them.
• Technical data: login times and IP address, used for security such as blocking repeated wrong passwords.

2. Why we use it

• to run your account and provide the services you ask for;
• to send verification codes, password-reset codes and service messages;
• to process payments and keep records required by law;
• to keep the services secure and prevent misuse.

Your uploaded data is used only to produce your results. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not send marketing mail without your consent.

3. Who we share it with

Only with the service providers we need — our web and email hosting provider and our payment partner PayU — and only as much as they need. We may disclose data if required by law or a lawful order of an authority.

4. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account data and your records while your account is active, so that your ledger and report history stay available to you. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete your account; we will then delete or anonymise your data, except records we must keep by law.

6. Security

The sites use HTTPS, passwords are hashed, accounts lock after repeated wrong passwords, and access to our systems is restricted. Please use a strong password and keep it private.

7. Your rights and grievances

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing us. Complaints can be sent to our Grievance Officer at the same address below; we acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days.
